Summary

Looking through a wire grid, financial manager Tom Clark stands by a door labelled Mosler Safe Co. In 1915 Clark was an assistant to Miss Helen Munroe who was the head of the Smithsonian Publication Room. Later, at the Smithsonian Institution Clark served as Deputy Disbursing Agent from 1924-34, then became Assistant Accountant and Auditor in 1934 and finally Smithsonian Treasurer from 1955-1959.
