Thomas F. Clark looking at the camera is seated at a desk and has a pen in his right hand. In 1915 Clark was an assistant to Miss Helen Munroe who was the head of the Publication Room. Later Clark served as Deputy Disbursing Agent from 1924-34 and became Assistant Accountant and Auditor in 1934 and finally was Treasurer from 1955 to 1959, for the Smithsonian Institution.
