Summary

A bronze portrait bust of seventh Secretary Leonard Carmichael is presented at the winter meeting of the Board of Regents. The bust, executed by sculptor Una Hansbury, shows him holding two baby primates in his arms and is displayed in the Carmichael Auditorium, National Museum of American History.
