Professor Albert B. Bibb architect and professor of architecture for Catholic University is standing looking to the left. He has on an overcoat with a scarf around his neck. A file cabinet is visible on the left and behind him on the right is a window with an awning. Bibb also served as the architect for the United States Life-Savings Service (later the United States Coast Guard), designed numerous life-saving stations for the agency.
