Summary

To increase food service capacity at the National Museum of History and Technology in the Bicentennial year, the employee cafeteria, main public cafeteria, fifth floor staff dining room and main kitchen are closed for remodeling from September until mid-December 1975. Facilites are replaced with one large carousel serving hot and cold cafeteria-style meals, with a separate cashier for employees.
