The front window of the Natural History Library in the National Museum of Natural History shows a photo of staff members Richard Greene, library technician, and Courtney Shaw dressed in butler and maid's clothes. The window reads "Service in a Grand Manner." Libarian Martha Rosen captioned the photo, "'Service in a Grand Manner' only at the Natural History Library." A visitor can be seen inside in the library. Curator Ray Gagne can be seen in the background.
