Guedén [Armagedón Hartmann] holds a gun and a pair of black hawks for Bea Wetmore [Alexander Wetmore's wife] to examine at the Wetmores' expedition home at Mandinga, San Blas, Panama. The image was taken by sixth Smithsonian Secretary and ornithologist Alexander Wetmore while on an ornithological expedition to Panama.
