A giraffe, specimen from the Smithsonian-Roosevelt Expedition (1909-1910), is on display in the Mammal Hall at the United States National Museum, now known as the National Museum of Natural History. Other exhibit cases in the background contain additional specimens from the Smithsonian-Roosevelt Expedition including zebras and an okapi.
