Summary

Michael Collins, director of the National Air and Space Museum, is presented a check from Kenneth Meuser, Jr., TRW Corporation manager of special projects, as the first installment of a $18,000, three year pledge by the Cleveland-based company toward exhibit needs for the new NASM building. Ruben Mettler, president of TRW, was a member of the National Board of the Smithsonian Associates since 1971.
