President Ronald Reagan and his wife Nancy stand at the podium in the Rotunda at the National Museum of Natural History where one of President Reagan's Inaugural Balls was held. A crowd has gathered in front of him to hear him speak. The band can be seen up and to his right behind one of the pillars in the Rotunda. Besides the crowd on the first floor of the building, people have gathered on the second floor in the balconies overlooking the first floor.
