Summary

Pencil sketch of William M. Mann, an entomologist who worked for the United States Department of Agriculture and Bureau of Entomology. In 1919, he became an assistant custodian of the Section of Hymenoptera in the United States National Museum and, from 1925 to 1956, he was director of the Smithsonian's National Zoological Park.
