Summary

The Education-Administration Building opens at the National Zoological Park as part of the Zoo's master plan for modernization. The headquarters was moved from 172-year old Holt House to this new two story building. Holt House was to be used by John Eisenberg, head of the Office of Zoological Research and graduate students to research animal behavior.
