Summary

The Center Market, on B Street, now Constitution Avenue, north of the United States National Museum Building, now the National Museum of Natural History. Produce vendors have set up next to the wrought iron fence of the Museum, actually incorporating space on the fence to vend. The street is cobblestone and there are horse drawn carts.
