Summary

An exhibit case on Village Indians of the Eastern Plains containing pottery, stone, bone, and other materials left by the Arikara, Mandan, Pawnee and other corn-growing tribes as well as photographs of archeological sites. The exhibit is on display in the North American Archeology Exhibit, which opened in November 1962, in the National Museum of Natural History.
