An exhibit of decorative china from the Alfred Duane Pell Collection of china from Worcester, England, displayed by the National Gallery of Art (NGA), now the Smithsonian American Art Museum (SAAM), in the United States National Museum (USNM) building, now the Arts & Industries (A&I) building. A label in the bottom of the case states "Dr. Alfred Duane Pell Collection; Remainder of collection in National Gallery of Art, in alcove, North end, first floor, Natural History Building." The Natural History Building (NHB) was also known as the "New" United States National Museum building.
