Lowe, Director, 1982-1994, Peter F. Cannell, 1997-2002, and Vincent L. MacDonnell, Deputy Director, in regard to strategic planning, budget, personnel management, publishing projects, and professional activities. Some records also date from when SIP was known as Smithsonian Press/Smithsonian Productions. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, and notes; meeting agendas and minutes; reports; proposals; committee and workshop information; budget summaries; policies and procedures; clippings; and surveys.
