This accession consists of the Global Invasions Research Coordination Network website as it existed on December 4, 2019, shortly before it was taken offline. Global Invasions was an international network of scientists, supported by the National Science Foundation, that addressed the ecological and evolutionary causes of biological invasions. The Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute was a lead partner in the Network. The website includes information about the Network and its research and activities as well as a collaborative predictive framework and a news blog that was active from 2006 through 2016. Due to technical issues, some blog content was not captured during the web crawl. This accession also includes server files for the website. Materials are in digital format.
