This accession consists of records that document the professional activities of Elizabeth Broun, Director, 1989-2016. Activities documented include lectures, talks, presentations, articles, eulogies, and remarks. Some materials date to when Broun was Curator of Prints and Drawings at the Spencer Museum of Art and from when she was Chief Curator and Assistant Director of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, as well as from when the museum was known as the National Museum of American Art.
