Summary

This accession consists of the Smithsonian Folklife Festival website as it existed on July 13, 2020. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 Festival was held virtually as a weekly series of online conversations and performances throughout the summer and fall. The website provides information about the 2020 Festival as well as historical information about previous festivals. The website also includes a blog, crawled separately on the same day. The blog launched in 2008 but some content from earlier festivals has been backdated and uploaded into the blog. Materials are in electronic format.
