The exhibition focused on the lasting impact of the migration of African Americans to the Northern section of the United States. Earlier records date back to when Kelly was in the Division of Community Life at NMAH, where she was collections manager of the exhibition as well as script writer, director, and coordinator of the Young Interpreters Program. Crew in regard to "Field to Factory," which he curated; financial summaries; performance scripts; a proposal; schedules; and slides.
