Summary

Max Otto Kramer (1903-1986), Coleman-Kramer, Los Angles, California, is shown testing Lamiflo, a rubber coating designed to reduce drag on underwater objects. Kramer was at the German Institute of Aeronautics in Berlin, Germany, during World War II and was relocated to the United States c. 1947 as part of Operation Paperclip.
