Left to right: Rear Admiral David Worth Bagley (1883-1960); U.S. Secretary of the Navy William Franklin Knox (1874-1944); Rear Adm. George C. Thomas, U.S. Navy Medical Corps; Capt. Morton D. Willcutts, U.S. Navy Medical Corps; and U.S. Navy Capt. Lyman Spencer Perry (1897-1975).
