Art Association's [DCAA] 'Exhibition '78,' which opens at the Anacostia Neighborhood Museum on September 15, ANM's 11th anniversary. Albert Elkins, a designer at NPG [National Portrait Gallery], is represented by two large abstract acrylic paintings; Benjamin Franklin, an exhibits specialist at NASM [National Air and Space Museum], has a woodcut in the show, and Edith Martin, a museum technician at the Renwick, is represented by two watercolors and an acrylic collage."
