This accession consists of equal opportunity reports that include analysis of the Smithsonian Institution's staff composition as well as a summary of public programs, exhibitions, research and outreach activities which are part of the Institution's continuing efforts to ensure that its programs reflect diversity in the workplace, particularly in regard to minorities and women in senior-level positions. Earlier records date back to when the Office of Equal Employment and Minority Affairs was known as the Office of Equal Opportunity. Materials include reports.
