Summary

Free double-decker shuttle bus sponsored by the National Portrait Gallery took visitors between the National Museum of History and Technology, now known as the National Museum of American History, and the National Portrait Gallery in the old Patent Office Building. The attendant on board the bus presented passengers with an introductory talk about the Gallery, its collections, and special exhibitions.
