Left to right: Rear Admiral Clark Howell Woodward (1877-1967), Chief of the U.S. Navy Incentive Division; Wallace Trevor Holliday (1884-1950), President of Standard Oil Company of Ohio (Sohio); and Brigadier-General Glen Clifford Jamison (1899-1973), U.S. Army Air Force Headquarters Staff. The men were touring a new 100-octane aviation gasoline plant built by Standard Oil.
