Dillon Ripley leads dedication ceremony for the planting of a memorial weeping cherry tree on the 12th Street side of the National Museum of History and Technology, now known as the National Museum of American History in honor of the deceased wife of Frank A. Taylor, Director General of Museums, with Frank A. Taylor and Mary Livingston Ripley.
