This accession consists of five sections of the Department of Invertebrate Zoology website as they existed on June 25, 2014, shortly before they were due to be taken down. The Caribbean Coral Reef Ecosystems Program section provides information about the marine laboratory on Carrie Bow Cay in Belize as well as the local environmental conditions. Most of this section was last updated between 2001 and 2005. The section titled "Deep Sea Images" provides information about deep sea exploration, research, and specimens in a narrative format. It does not appear to have been updated since its creation in 1996. The "Virtual Echinoderm Newsletter" includes news, publication lists, research topics, and announcements. Most of this section appears to have been last updated in 2001. The "Polynoids to the People" section consists of the home page for a demonstration of eunicidae data. The data is not included in this accession. The "Palolo Spot" section includes information and photographs of palolo worms and their cultural significance. Materials are in electronic format.
