Price M. Cobbs, M. D., a San Francisco psychiatrist and Professor of Psychiatry, University of California Medical Center. The photograph was distributed when Cobbs was consultant to the multi-media educational production of "Black History," 1968. Cobbs co-authored the book "Black Rage" with William H. Grier (see SIA2008-2103).
