It has been usual to write an
official notice to the President of the Institute
of the organization of the General Committee
and of the SubCommittees on each branch,
and also to give notice to each member
of his appointment on SubCommittee -
to notify the meetings on Saturday
preceeding the Monday, and to give one
insertion in public papers.
Respectfully yours
Benjamin Homans
