Summary

This collection contains three field books by Frederick R. Wulsin, originally maintained by the Division of Birds. They are consecutive field catalogs of bird specimens collected by Wulsin and P. G. Tenney on the National Geographic Society Central China Expedition, from 1922-1924. Localities include but may not be limited to areas within China, and field numbers for the collection range from 1001-2361. Dated entries include such information as sex, species name, specific locality, coordinates, collecting conditions, and other additional remarks.
