This accession consists of the records of Paul Forman, curator of modern physics, which document planning for the following exhibitions: "Atom Smashers;" "Einstein: A Centenary Exhibition;" "FDR: The Intimate Presidency;" and "Atomic Clocks," an in-depth examination of the discoveries and developments that changed the international time standard from the rotation of the Earth to the vibrations of atoms in a vacuum. Earlier records date from when Forman was in the Division of Electricity and Nuclear Energy. Materials include floor plans, drawings, and posters.
