Summary

This collection includes one field book containing a list of botanical specimens collected in Guatemala by G. W. R. Davidson from 29 April to 5 June 1914. Collector numbers 1-101 are included. Each entry includes taxonomic name of specimen, native name and sometimes local uses, sometimes elevation, specific locality (e.g., mountain above Trece Aguas), if a photo was taken, and part of specimen collected (e.g., section of leaf; section of trunk; young inflorescence). Localities include, but are not limited to, Trece Aguas (Alta Verapaz), Salama, and the garden at Sipacate (Alta Verapaz).
