Summary

Rose Koller, sculptor and head of restoration department, Vienna Museum of Natural History, ca. mid-1930s. In 1936, the museumŒs Anthropological Department commissioned a series of "family portrait-sculptures of ancient Austrians" and Koller headed a team of sculptors who used prehistoric skulls to model scientifically accurate heads for exhibition.
