Mordecai Cubitt Cooke (1825-1914) was a mycologist based at the Botanical Garden at Kew in London and author of a number of books on various fungal groups. He was a founder of the British Mycological Society. This is part of a photograph taken in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England in 1895.
