Subjects covered include the groundbreaking and construction of the Washington, D.C. museum; the National Powwow; press conferences; public service announcements; interviews with NMAI staff; and the exhibition, Pathways of Tradition: Indian Insights into Indian Worlds. Materials include VHS tapes, Betacam-SP tapes, U-matic tapes, and audiocassettes.
