David Barrett Clark (b. 1913) was a neurologist at Johns Hopkins University and Philip E. Sartwell (1908-1999) was a professor of epidemiology in the Johns Hopkins University School Public Health, 1947-1973. They were photographed at a meeting of the American Association of Planned Parenthood Physicians (AAPPP).
