Meteorologist Charles Franklin Brooks (1891-1958) was on faculty of Clark University. Caption reads: "Dr. Charles Franklin Brooks, meteorologist, who states he discovered the storminess in the Falkland Islands to be the most pronounced when sunspot activity was greatest."
