Records were maintained centrally and document the correspondence of Milton Sonday, Curator, 1976-1997; Gillian Moss, Curator, 1999-c. 2002; Matilda McQuaid, Curator, 2002- ; and Susan Brown, Assistant Curator, c. 2001- . Materials include incoming and outgoing correspondence and attachments such as photographs and slides.
