This accession consists of a copy of "Information Technology Roadmap, 2000-2002," a special report drafted by James B. Conklin, Jr., former Chief of IT Strategic Planning, and submitted to Constance B. Newman, Under Secretary, in 1999, which documents Smithsonian Institution information technology resources at present and requirements in the future. Also included is a copy of the survey form used to gather statistical data on desktop computer application software, which Conklin used in the report.
