This accession consists of records documenting the accreditation process of the National Air and Space Museum, conducted by the American Association of Museums. Materials consist of photographs and transparencies of museum facilities including the National Air and Space Building on the Mall, the Arts and Industries Building, and the Paul E. Garber Preservation, Restoration, and Storage Facility as well as exhibitions, events, and objects. Materials also include minimal documentation of the images.
