Descriptive Entry
These records consist of video and audio elements for the production, "Moving America's Mail." This video documents the United States Postal Service and their development of methods to deliver mail. Funded by a grant from the Ford Motor Company, the video was produced in cooperation with the National Postal Museum. Materials include original camera footage, a dub master, an edited master, a preview copy, and a reference copy, on a variety of videotape formats including Betacam, 3/4" U-matic, Fuji D2001 D-2 tape, and VHS. Additionally there is a reel of 1/4" audiotape of the narration.
