Summary

This record consists of an agreement between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Smithsonian Institution to promote and enlarge cultural exchanges, including an exhibition, "Russian and Soviet Art, 1900-1930". The agreements are in Russian and English language versions, one page each, signed by G. P. Popov for the USSR Ministry of Culture and Robert McC. Adams for the Smithsonian Institution (original signatures on both).
