Summary

The Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections (SPNHC) was created in 1985. It is a multidisciplinary organization , including persons from the fields of anthropology, zoology, botany, geology, paleontology, and others who are interested in the development and preservationof natural history collections. This accession includes publications and reports of SPNHC; records of the Long-Range Planning Committee and the Awards and Recognition Committee; founding documents, bylaws, and policy records; and miscellany.
