This accession consists of records documenting curatorial activities and collections in the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, such as construction and design projects, reinstallations, exhibition schedules, loans, meetings, and special events. Judith Zilczer, Curator of Painting, maintained these records. Materials include correspondence, email printouts, memoranda, floor plans, product descriptions, notes, brochures from other museums, postcards, planning documents, checklists, lists of works to be reinstalled, press clippings, exhibition schedules, reports, bibliographies, and lists of objects loaned to government officials and agencies.
