This accession consists of materials that document the planning and execution of three exhibitions namely, "Spirits of the Cloth: Contemporary African-American Quilts" (7/1999-10/1999); "Amish Quilts from the Collection of Faith and Stephen Brown;" and "The Art of John Cederquist: Reality of Illusion." The records were created and maintained by Charles Robertson, Deputy Director (1986-2001). Materials include correspondence and memoranda, publicity plans, checklists, lender lists, press releases, condition reports, notes and related material.
