Lopez (Acting), 1986, 1995, and 1999; James C. Tyler (Acting), 1986-1987; Martin Harwit, 1987-1995; Donald Davenport Engen, 1996-1999; and John R. Dailey, 2000- . Some materials were created within the Office of the Deputy Director. Materials include project proposals, correspondence, memoranda, reports, diagrams, slides, presentation packets, surveys, collections policies, organizational charts, departmental files, strategic plans, brochures, images, videos, audiotapes, clippings, notes, and related material.
