This accession consists of records documenting the planning, development, installation, fundraising, and publicity of the American exhibition at the Biennale di Venezia in 2001, partly curated by Olga Viso, Curator of Contemporary Art. Materials include memoranda, correspondence, floor plans, label text, proposals, checklists, funding and fundraising information, budgets, press releases, and guest lists. Materials also include images of works by Cuban artists and works on paper that were unrelated to the exhibition.

Descriptive Entry
