- The Public Services Division was created in a 1997 reorganization of the National Air and Space Museum. It consists of an Education Unit, a Docent Program Unit, and a Theater/Planetarium Operations Unit. The Division's aim is to offer a variety of products and services to users. These include educational programming and products, docent-led tours, and presentations of films and lectures in the Langley Theater and the Albert Einstein Planetarium. The division is part of the Exhibits and Public Services Department. The first Chief of the unit, Leroy J. London, served, 1998- .
