The Contracts and Procurement Office of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) negotiates and administers federal and private contracts and grants for the Observatory. It is also responsible for providing the supplies, services, materials, and equipment requested by SAO's scientific and administrative staffs.
